Birds eye cove catering specializes in authentic farm to table menus. We source everything from our farm first then local farms and businesses. Our livestock is raised on site on the 300 acres that is Bird’s Eye Cove Farm. We currently raise registered Highland cattle, heritage Berkshire pigs, laying hens, as well as seasonal meat birds and sheep. We also have our own bee hives, and a summer garden in which we grow much of the produce used in our catering such as tomatoes, potatoes, beets and fresh herbs. Growing wild on the farm we have blackberries, nettles, and some mushrooms in the fall. Our orchard offers us some pears and apples in the fall as well as walnuts.
At Bird’s Eye Cove Farm we have a great selection of wedding menus to choose from. Start with some appies, then a main spit roasted dinner and a late night snack with wood fire oven pizzas. These menus have been expertly put together by our resident chef, Ashley. If there is an item not on our menu’s that fits within the farm to table practices we are happy to explore your ideas. We like to work with our couples and will help you in creating a well-balanced menu while keeping to your budget.
Our catering includes our chef, head server and uniformed serving staff, buffet style service, a nice selection of non-alcoholic beverages for the event, tea and coffee and, of course, great farm fresh food!…… As well as event catering…. we also have our house events throughout the year…..
