Featuring our farm to table wood fired oven pizzas

MARKET NIGHTS ARE BACK JUNE 4th!  Join us at the farm and enjoy views of the fields, mountains and ocean while our Highland cows placidly graze. Our Farm Market Nights were inspired by our family wanting to share our love of farm fresh food and good times with friends and family; all in a unique and special atmosphere much like a community farm picnic. All of our pizzas our made from scratch and we use our own produce as much as possible. We specialize in Highland cattle, Berkshire Pigs and seasonal chickens. Raising them with care, attention and space that all creatures should have.

All the pizzas are skillfully made by our team. A good fire and a hot oven is key. Using our farm-grown hardwood (alder and maple), the fire is lit for four hours prior and is nursed until the oven temperature is 600 to 900 degreesF. We cook up to six pizzas at one time. The Pizzas make their way around the oven in about two minutes, rotated by our pizza chef for a nice bubbly finish. At this point the pizzas are taken out and additional sauces or toppings are added before slicing and then off to you to enjoy.

Each pizza is unique in its own way from start to finish.

Each week we have a few different pizza options for you to try as well as additional toppings are available for those who like to create their own pizzas. Gluten free crust options are available as well as variety of side options such as our Highland beef meatballs in our bourbon barque sauce. We are proud to also have a nutritionist on our team who loves working with farm and local ingredients from the valley.

It all goes hand in hand, we created our own market and by doing so ended up farming more than we ever have before. It has been amazing to see and to expand into other other livestock, methods and produce. It really has become a full circle venture.

***Please consider we can only make and cook a certain amount of pizzas in the hours that we are open. We area  part of the hand-made, slow food movement. Wait times do vary and we appreciate your understanding.

MONDAY and WEDNESDAY 4pm – 8pm from June until September long weekend                           

Find a seat at one of the picnic tables and enjoy the beautiful weather and made-to-order brick oven pizza. It is a fun idea to bring a picnic blanket and games. Our last pizza night of this season will be on SEPTEMBER 3th
